About I Believe In You

I Believe in You Book CoverIn her new book, I Believe In You: A Mother and Daughter’s Special Journey”, Michele Gianetti (Julius) ’84 BSN writes about her daughter with special needs and their journey throughout her life. The book describes the unfamiliar road of dyspraxia and sensory processing disorder and the different therapies tried. It also offers suggestions, websites to visit , and above all, hope to others. It is the story of a family’s love and their dedication to their child, and how they were able to make a difference in her life- a story that will give families in a similar situation the encouragement they need to find the right path and stay on course.

A true read for anyone dealing with Dyspraxia and its co-morbidity. The Gianettis are a very strong family that had dealt with adversity head on and have a lovely family to show for it. A must-read inspiring book that makes you realize how the disorder affects the whole family but how love and dedication allow the person with Dyspraxia to succeed.
